- Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Client Handling: Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Professional Composure: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Errands: Perform various errands as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk.
