  Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned KYC Executive to join our team, focusing on transaction and grievance management. This role is ideal for retired professionals or those with 15-20 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in KYC transactions.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • KYC Transactions: Oversee and manage all KYC-related transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Grievance Handling: Address and resolve customer grievances related to KYC processes efficiently and professionally.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor daily transactions for compliance and report any suspicious activities.
  • Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to collect necessary documentation and provide guidance on KYC requirements.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all KYC documentation is accurately maintained and updated as per regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Stay updated with the latest KYC regulations and ensure the bank’s policies are aligned.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior staff members on KYC procedures and compliance.

  Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (15-20 years) in banking operations, particularly in KYC transactions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer grievances effectively.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
