Ideal Candidate:
An HR professional with 10+ years of experience, knowledgeable in HR establishment, proficient in MS Office and SAP, and experienced in HR documentation, compliances, audits, scorecards, and governance mechanisms.
Mandatory Skills Required:
HR audits, HR scorecard, HR governance mechanism, HR documentation, compliances.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute HR establishment systems including employee onboarding, employee database management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance management for employees.
- Design and execute talent management and development framework in line with the Company philosophy.
- Prepare leadership pipeline/succession planning for critical/key positions.
- Manage HR processes on HRMS & support its seamless operation.
- Adhere to all HR compliances and furnish audit requirements with the right governance structure.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators and identify key areas of improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive learning and development initiatives.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in HR with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of HR establishment is preferred.
- Well-versed with MS Office, SAP, and tech-savvy.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, compliances, HR audits, HR scorecard, and HR governance mechanism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of managing teams and driving results.
