Job Profile:

As a Technician for Ola Electric Vehicles, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of Ola electric scooters and bikes. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosis and Repair:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in Ola electric vehicles.
  • Perform repairs on various components such as motors, batteries, brakes, and suspension systems.

• Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Replace worn-out parts and perform necessary upgrades.

• Customer Service:

  • Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide them with clear and accurate information regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Offer recommendations for vehicle care and preventive maintenance to customers.

• Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
  • Ensure proper documentation of parts used and time taken for each repair job.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and company policies.

Training:

• Attend a comprehensive training program lasting 7-10 days to familiarize yourself with Ola electric vehicles' specific components and repair techniques.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions to gain practical experience.

Own Conveyance:

• Owning a 2-wheeler is preferred, as it will facilitate easy commuting to different work locations.
