Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager - L&D

Location: Jaipur, Corporate Office

Reports to: Corporate Head HR
CTC: 8-11 LPA

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certification in training programs (e.g., Instructional Design, Coaching) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments by collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing performance gaps, and reviewing employee feedback.
  • Identify skill gaps and future competency requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.
  • Create and maintain e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Customize learning solutions for various business units and functional areas.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and leadership development sessions to promote employee growth.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and vendors for specialized training needs.
  • Promote continuous learning through self-paced tools, certifications, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
  • Foster a learning culture that encourages upskilling and development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and impact of learning programs.
  • Partner with department heads to align L&D strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of impactful programs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to select appropriate training resources, platforms, and tools.
  • Oversee the LMS platform to ensure accessible, up-to-date, and well-managed training content.
  • Track and report on employee learning progress and engagement metrics.
