Education Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Max 3 attempts

Interview Process: 2 Rounds + HR (Virtual/Face-to-Face)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits for Corporate Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Technology departments.
• Perform risk-based audits to identify potential risks and ensure they do not hinder organizational objectives.
• Ensure internal processes comply with external regulations and company policies, with particular attention to regulatory reporting.
• Handle audits related to compliance, corporate finance, and foreign reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (GAAP), RBI guidelines, and other relevant financial regulations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Mandatory Skills: Internal Audit, Risk-Based Audit, Compliance, Foreign Reporting, Corporate Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (GAAP), RBI guidelines, and risk-based auditing principles.
• Experience in conducting audits in BFSI or IT companies, ideally within an MNC environment, with foreign reporting exposure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in internal audits, particularly in the BFSI or IT sector.
• Prior experience in MNCs with foreign reporting and a strong background in risk-based auditing of corporate finance departments is preferred.
• The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Indian accounting standards (GAAP), regulatory compliance, and corporate finance audits.

• Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Mahape
• Workdays: 5 Days working

• The ideal candidate must have proven experience in internal audits, handling audits of various departments, and familiarity with compliance standards.
