Job Title: Sales Executive – Transformers | Gensets | Heavy Machinery (1–2 yrs)

Location: Delhi / Noida, India
Industry: Machinery • Generators • Transformers
Experience: 1–2 years (B2B Industrial Sales preferred)
Monthly CTC: ₹35,000


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, transformers, and gensets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and supporting post-sales operations to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and source new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and professional networking.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors.

  • Technical Sales: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions, aligning solutions with client needs.

  • Sales Closure: Prepare and present proposals/quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in line with assigned targets.

  • Post-Sales Support: Coordinate order processing, ensure timely deliveries, follow up on invoices/payments, and provide basic delivery support.

  • Sales Reporting: Record, track, and update sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).

  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience: 1–2 years in B2B industrial sales (preferably in machinery, gensets, or transformers).

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills

    • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain solutions to clients

    • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with field-based sales
