Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to handle the end-to-end accounting operations of our food manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and compliance, along with hands-on expertise in Tally and MS Excel. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to support senior management in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle sales & purchase accounting, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a regular basis.

• Ensure timely sales/dispatch invoicing and related documentation.

• Oversee taxation and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).

• Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and statutory filings.

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and provide insights for decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

• 5–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliances, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
