Position- Business Development Manager (City-Level)
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
CTC-3 LPA (Plus, performance- linked incentives and other perquisites.)

Location:- Nasik, Aurangabad, Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Solapur, Amravati, Sangli
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local regulations, and economic factors affecting the city.
Business Development:
- · Set clear objectives and targets for lead generation and admission sales for your city.
- · Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the above targets.
Marketing:
·
Organize
regular on-ground activities in your City, to generate leads for the various
Programs being offered by the Group.
·
Organise
regular virtual events, webinars, demo classes, online workshops etc.
·
Organise
regular workshops & sessions in relevant educational institutions (schools,
junior colleges, degree colleges) in your City.
·
Identify
efficient ATL avenues for promoting the Programs, such as advertisements in
local newspapers, magazines, cable channels, OOH platforms, radio stations,
etc.
· Be the local SPOC and execute all
activities planned by the central marketing teams in your City.
Partnerships
and Alliances:
·
Explore
collaboration opportunities with local businesses, organizations, institutions
and partners, for both lead generation and admission sales.
· Plan & execute on-ground
activities to engage with the clientele, stakeholders of the aforementioned
targets, to promote the ADYPG institutions.
Networking:
·
Attend
industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong
professional network.
·
Represent
the company in local business circles.
Qualifications:
ü
Bachelor's
degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
ü
Minimum
3 years of experience in business development, admission sales and/ or
marketing in the Education/ EdTech industry or Overseas Admissions or Career
Counselling (students).
ü
Strong
understanding of the local market and business landscape.
ü
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ü
Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
ü
Strategic
thinking and problem-solving abilities.
ü Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
