Experience - 7 to 12 Years
CTC-3.5 - 6.5 LPA

Qualification- Any Graduate
Job Location- Ghaziabad, UP

Data Management and Analysis:

Collect, process, and maintain data and information relevant to the organization.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help in decision-making.

Database Management:

Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data efficiently.

Ensure data integrity, security, and backup procedures are in place.

Reporting and Dashboard Creation:

Software and System Maintenance:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MIS tools.

Data Quality Assurance:

Implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

Identify and rectify data errors and discrepancies.

User Support and Training:

Provide support and training to end-users on MIS tools and systems.

Assist users in generating reports and accessing data.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

System Integration:

Integrate MIS systems with other software applications and databases within the organization to streamline data flow.

Business Process Improvement:

Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and MIS tools.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in MIS-related projects, from planning and implementation to evaluation.

Budget Management:

Manage the budget allocated for MIS-related activities, including software licenses, hardware, and personnel costs.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of MIS processes and systems and propose enhancements.
