Position Description:
Responsible for managing Electrical equipment supply/service Contracts of Solar Power Projects and Wind projects. The role involves coordinating with various agencies and functions such as Engineering, Purchase, Business Development, EPC contractor, Transmission Line Contractor, Logistics service providers, Finance, Safety, etc. Additionally, the position entails Capex Contract Management and managing Import operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and following up to ensure pre-bid/post-bid clarifications with Engineering/Projects for technical evaluation.
- Negotiating with Suppliers for finalization of Electrical Equipment’s.
- Preparing internal cost estimates for BoS materials.
- Finalizing contracts for Transmission line, feeder Bay, Pooling substation contracts for Wind and Solar projects.
- Managing the EPC contract from Award to Contract finalization and closure within the allocated budget.
