Job Description: Admin cum Courier Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
Collect and Transport:
- Handle the collection and transportation of packages, documents, and goods between locations based on a predetermined schedule.
Route Planning and Optimization:
- Plan and optimize courier routes to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
- Ensure that all deliveries adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Timely Deliveries:
- Complete deliveries within established time frames to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Issue Reporting:
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or delays promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
Paperwork Submission:
- Submit required paperwork to the supervisor as needed for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in courier services or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to courier services.
- Familiarity with route optimization techniques.
