Description:
Role Objective:
The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the company’s HR compliance, IR, and employee relations agenda, ensuring alignment with and reinforcement of Core Values and Code of Business Ethics.
- Synthesize legal advice and business considerations.
- Ensure consistency in sensitive employee investigations.
- Define company's position on HR compliance topics.
- Provide leadership to key employee relations & IR initiatives.
- Set direction, create policy, and offer expert advice.
- Support HR Head in annual CL manpower budgeting.
- Coordinate Board or Leadership requests for employment matters.
- Represent the company in negotiations with labor unions.
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate records related to industrial relations activities.
- Monitor KPIs related to industrial relations.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
