Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service assistance to airport visitors and passengers.
• Assist travelers with inquiries, ticketing, baggage handling, and other related services.
• Ensure efficient resolution of customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers.
• Collaborate with airport staff and airlines to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates aged 20 to 30 preferred.
• Excellent command over the English language.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts as per airport requirements.
