  Location- Jharsuguda- Odisha
  Function: Electrical Maintenance
  Reports To: Head Electrical, CPP
  Relevant Experience- 2- 3 Years
  CTC- 10 to 11.5 LPA
  Grade: M6/M7
  

• Position Summary/Job Purpose: Electrical Area Incharge responsible for 100% Availability and Reliability of Electrical Equipment

Job Requirements:

1. Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering/EEE
2. Work Experience: 2-3 Yrs Experience in Electrical Maintenance in Power Plant
3. Special Requirements: Experience in Power Plant Electrical maintenance

Skills: Essential Skills:

1. Should have worked with minimum voltage level of 6.6 KV.
2. Exposure and hands-on experience to Electrical Testing and Maintenance of Numerical Relays, HT/LT switchgear, Transformer up to 100 MVA, HT/LT motors, Motor Feeder, Battery and Charger, UPS, electrical control and protection panels.
3. Proficient in VFD commissioning and maintenance.
4. Proficient knowledge of AVR/Excitation System, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
5. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Relays used for Unit protection (Generator, GT, UAT, ST).
6. Experience on High-Speed Bus Transfer System and Synchronization of Generator.
7. Generator Overhauling and Testing.

Desired Skills:

• SAP Knowledge
• VED Analysis
• Sound exposure to Manpower management at site, Crisis management, Checklist preparation with Billing, Resource mobilization, Budget utilization & optimization
• Spare Management.
• Should be well acquainted with maintenance for different equipment like MV VFDs, Stacker, Conveyor, Mills Crusher, etc.
• MV License from Odisha Government will be an added advantage.
• Key Responsibilities:
• 100% Availability of Electrical Equipment in Power Plant.
• 100% Safety at Work
• Developing Preventive maintenance schedule & its timely compliance and ensuring PM, CM, CBM Compliance 100%
• Development & revision of SMPs & checklists & its compliance
• Conducting 100% RCA for the failures & avoiding its repetition.
• Monitoring & managing of 100 % spares availability, Controlling the spares consumption & Inventory-Spares cost within allocated budget
• Identifying the areas for continuous improvement
• Preparation and execution of debottlenecking projects.
• Preparation of Capex Proposals and their execution
