This position focuses on providing technical expertise, user support, and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the performance management processes. The Performance Management System Specialist will collaborate with HR professionals, managers, and employees to maximize the effectiveness of the system and drive employee engagement and performance.
You will also be playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. You will be responsible for executing and overseeing various HR activities, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the HR team in achieving organizational goals.
You will oversee the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience.
1. Performance Management System:§ Designing and developing the PMS system as per the requirement of the business under the PMS Head.
§ Supporting the PMS cycle as per the PMS calendar in the entire TRB Group.
§ Identifying the skill gaps and developing various strategies to fill the same.
§ Develop strategies to reduce subjectivity and biasness in PMS.
§ Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training, policies and procedures for TRB personnel.
§ Develops performance management support materials, and recommends appropriate process enhancements.
2. HR Digitalization:§ Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and HR priorities.
§ Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall HR service delivery.
§ Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of HR systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.
§ Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions that enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
3. Change Management and Adoption:§ Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of digital HR initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
§ Develop communication plans and resources to support employees in transitioning to new digital tools and processes.
§ Monitor adoption rates and user feedback, and make adjustments as needed to optimize the user experience & any other work assigned.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of work experience in HR operations
- Prior experience of PMS is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices
- Hands-on experience with HR software's (HRIS, ATS)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in HR technology implementation, digital transformation, or related roles.
- Excellent leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Masters in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Certification like POSH is a plus
