We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager in B2B Sales to join our team in Mumbai, with potential relocation to Ahmedabad for suitable candidates. As an Assistant Manager (JM3), you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end B2B sales processes and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the kitchenware industry, with a proven track record of managing a business size of 8 to 10 CR minimum. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for effectively building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Description:

Job Title: Assistant Manager - B2B Sales

Location: Mumbai (Position can be moved to Ahmedabad for suitable candidates)

Position Level: Assistant Manager (JM3)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales processes.
  • Generate relationships with third-party vendors to generate additional business.
  • Conduct client meetings, product displays, pricing negotiations, deal closures, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and revenue forecasts.
  • Generate committed business every month.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customization of products.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the kitchenware industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a business size of 8 to 10 CR minimum.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
