Job Description: Deputy Head Security Salary Budget: ₹15.00 Lac - ₹30.00 Lac Total Experience: 12 - 15 years Relevant Experience: 12 - 15 years Industry: Industrial & Manufacturing Grade: M3/M4 Location: Panaji - Goa Reporting: CEO - Sesa Goa Qualification: Any graduate with NCC C certificate and minimum work experience of over 12 years. Mandatory Skills Required: Physical Security, Physical Security Management, Physical Security Operations, Industrial Security Description:

1. Facilitate collaboration with both Internal and External Stakeholders to enhance the Intelligence Mechanism, ensuring comprehensive insights and proactive responses.
2. Demonstrate adeptness in overseeing autonomous teams operating across diverse geographic regions, ensuring cohesion and efficiency in operations.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of risks and threat perceptions concerning personnel, assets, and resources, devising robust Security Solutions spanning various domains for effective mitigation.
4. Drive the digital transformation agenda by championing the implementation of automated security systems, fostering real-time monitoring and management of risks.
5. Engage proactively with the Management team to align security strategies with business objectives, fostering continuity plans and securing the necessary social approvals for operations.
6. Exhibit self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to meet objectives within challenging timelines, demonstrating resilience and determination in achieving targets. Establish security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring they comply with relevant laws & regulations.
