Job Title: HR Process Consultant- Remote

Experience Required: 8+ years

Gender: Male/Female

Monthly CTC: 1.17 Lac/month Max

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract

Preferred Qualifications: CA certification with expertise in Finance and Costing processes

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Process Consultant to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process consulting with a focus on HR functions. While CA certification is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with a deep understanding of Finance and Costing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting design workshops to analyze and improve HR processes.
  2. Providing expert consultation on HR process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  4. Developing and implementing best practices for HR processes.
  5. Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on HR process-related matters.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR process consulting or related fields.
  2. Strong understanding of Finance and Costing processes.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead design workshops and facilitate process improvement initiatives.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  6. CA certification preferred, but not mandatory. Equivalent expertise in Finance and Costing processes will be considered.


Additional Information:

This position does not require a very senior resource but demands strong process consulting skills and an executive presence.

The role offers a competitive monthly CTC of 1.17 Lac max.
