Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled System Analyst - IT to bridge the gap between Business and IT Applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Programmers and Operations Teams to implement new systems, maintain existing applications, and resolve IT-related issues. This role requires a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities. The ultimate goal is to support business growth and sustainability through efficient IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of computer systems and applications.

• Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Development teams to implement new systems and troubleshoot existing ones.

• Provide IT support to employees, ensuring timely issue resolution within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

• Manage Windows-based desktop and laptop applications.

• Integrate software components and third-party programs to enhance system efficiency.

• Handle customer calls and meetings related to IT applications and systems.

• Ensure offsite data backup for all branch-based software within TAT.

• Implement data security measures, including firewall protection.

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend necessary upgrades.

• Analyze user and system requirements for continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing software used by AV Global for custom clearance, transportation, and warehousing activities, ensuring system optimization based on operational needs.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• BSc IT, BCA, MCA in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience Required:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in using and managing computer applications.

Key Skills Required:

• Self-motivated, quick learner with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C# for front-end development, SQL Server for back-end development); familiarity with Java development methodologies is a plus.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage workloads under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Familiarity with cloud systems, their advantages, and limitations.

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
